Heck of a FA class for the Vikings... this is what you can do with a QB on a rookie deal.
Upgrade interior OL... Check.
Keep your #1 RB and #1 CB... Check.
Add a pass rushing DT.. Check.
Add CB depth... Check.
The Vikings really filled all their pressing holes in one fell swoop. Now just add some cheap depth and we made it really easy to trade back from 24 to get some Day 2 picks.

Once we signed Kelly instead of Dalman, that sorta left the door open for a 1st-tier guard. Vikings are much better situated to take the BPA in the draft. We still could use a DT and a CB, but now a RB with our 1st pick wouldn't be so crazy.

So my little birdie yesterday sent me a text that just said 'Friiiiies!'....that's why I said in another thread about Fries **cough** and **double cough**.....but then we corresponded a bit and he thought it would get done late yesterday and wasn't sure it was a great sign it didn't happen last night. Great news.
