Of course I agree with everything Kluwe says here, but I'm not so sure he was arrested for his speech. If he was, that's obviously horrifying. But there's a cut in the video and I suspect he was arrested for either approaching the bench or sitting or lying down in front of it, which is a common act of civil disobedience.
