It's a stretch, but it's not entirely implausible. Everyone's jumping onto those early calculations about how much tea one would have to drink to blow .05 (for a 220 lb man, it's the equivalent of a couple of beers). But when you consider that the ABV of this stuff changes in certain conditions (or so they say), you could have reasonable doubt.
