Sounds like some over zealous traffic cops, video of them putting him on the ground in handcuffs with one officer with his knee on his back and another comes over and kicks him, all this for reportedly speeding? Sounds like completely unnecessary action to take right in front of the stadium in front of fans coming to the stadium.

I thought the same, seemed excessive to me...But context is everything, so I'll wait to learn more.

That's what's been reported and I would bet anything it was more then a simple "moving violation." Probably more like excessive speed or reckless driving, which are both arrestable offenses. Let's also not forget that Hill isn't the most prestine citizen and has a checkered history. Just food for thought before everyone piles on the cops with no context outside of a ten second video clip
