Bring in someone with an actual successful scouting background to run the operation. I'd look at teams who have been successful drafting no matter where in the draft they are picking. Nolan Teasley in Seattle is someone I'd have high interest in. John McKay with the Rams would be another. The Wilfs need to dig in more when hiring instead of just going with whatever "hot name" the media is floating or whomever Goodell tells them to hire.
