If Flores leaves I really hope it's for a Head Coaching position. One because I understand that and wish him luck, but two because the Vikings would get comp picks. If he leaves for another DC position, I believe we receive squadoosh.

That's my understanding. If the rumor is true & he takes a lateral move to Dallas to become their DC then eventually becomes a HC, Dallas would receive two 3rd round comp picks.
