Im about 25lbs above what I weigh in this picture. We hike, bike, walk, and occasionally do Pilates to stay in shape. But an hour on the floor with the grandkids kicks my ass!

Stop doing all that. I just saw on Twitter that losing fat and building muscle after 50 comes down to this ONE thing. It's apparently some sort of "breakthrough discovery."
