At TCO they refer to it as being "situational masters". Or as KAM said last summer, "We are building the idea of the 2025 Minnesota Vikings".
The "idea" unfortunately turned out to be the idea of a guy spending all his money on a really expensive bottle of liquor, drinking the whole thing and then going for a drunken drive where he runs off the road into a ditch and the car explodes.
