I am no QB evaluator but the dude seems to think the core issue is not JJ getting the ball out quicker (at least for the Packers game). He did find I think two bad plays that could have been avoided if he got the ball out quicker though.

So you know who the guy posting that video is, Connor Stalions? He's the guy that was spying for the University of Michigan football program. He's very vested in JJ and the University, so he's going to lean toward being a JJM apologist. Not saying he doesn't have some valid points, but I'd take with more of a grain of salt. JMO. The protection, especially on Darrisaw's side, was atrocious. No argument there.

Playing QB is really hard. There are, what, 96 QBs in the NFL? About 12 of them can actually do it well consistently. It's not just pre-snap, getting out of bad plays and into good ones, it's progressions, getting the ball out on time and then throwing it with accuracy when you do. JJ has looked like a toddler playing chess against Magnus Carlsen.

I think eventually the game will slow down for him, but it won't be this year, and it may not even be next year. Vikings will have to bring in competition for him next season for one more shot at a championship while we still have top-level roster talent. We could see a rebuild after that though.
