I mean, these plays run down to the wire, someone is always in motion, and it looks like the snap/quarterback is going to collide into the player in motion constantly. For whats supposed to be a veteran offensive line with an "offensive genius" calling plays, the false start and presnap motion penalties are inexcusable.
