RE: The last post in the JJM preseason lovefest - NorseFeathers - 06-19-2025 I'll be sold when I see JJM and JJ doing a griddy duet. RE: The last post in the JJM preseason lovefest - Montana Tom - 06-23-2025 It's been said by many, and over and over, that between the KOC QB Academy, the beefing up of our offensive roster (particularly the OLine), JJM is in the best position of any QB in the NFL to succeed. I think back on so many rookie QBs who got drafted very high in the first round, who went to some really bad teams (I mean bad/incompetent from the owner's meddling to the front office to the Head Coach and/or coordinators/assistant coaches, all the way down to a weak roster...this kind of poor performance all runs together), who's confidence was shattered. Joey Harrington is one of several who come to mind, when he went to a really bad Detroit team. KOC and Kwesi have built a roster designed to support JJM. This is year 3 of their 3-year plan and I believe this is the year they are going to swing for the fence. Don't take my word for it. That's the reason Dirty Harry came back for one more kick at the can. |
