Not to be an insensitive asshat, but this prank is pretty much an annual occurrence. Ed McCaffery was talking about when it happened to him on Sirius NFL radio.
Nothing burger unless you're outraged over that "data breach" but that is a whole other issue...

Its still stupid despite how many other times its happened. But I get your point, the media would have you believe that Shedeur was the only person its happened to and basically its one of the most 'disgusting' things in mankind's history. Hyperbole, but the problem is that this was a pretty unique case as the media thought he could go top 5 and he went in round 5.

kind of sad that the world laughed and mocked when a good kid-Teo (from ND) got cat-fished a few years back, but its some big national tragedy when a member of the clown family gets spoofed.

Two VERY different things. Teo was an idiot over a long period of time and he lied about several things along the way. Completely deluded himself. Sanders got a one time prank call that the media went overboard on, yet was moronic by Jax Ulbrich.
