I can understand Kwesi adding this guy because he fit the m.o. But man, you’re taking about a guy on his 4th team by age 26. I’ll trust Daytrone Jones to coax something out of this guy but I’m guessing he’s among the first cuts.

I'm shocked Asante Samuel Jr is still available as well. I can only guess he's asking for more money/term than teams are willing to give him? Or maybe there are concerns with his injury and teams are holding off on inking him to a big deal? NFL free agency is strange sometimes.

Abdominal surgery ended his rookie season
Ruptured Achilles ended his 2021 campaign
Last year he played just six games because of a hip injury.

If he can stay healthy and if we didn't spend over the comp threshold and if he can find new life under Flores, there's some upside there. He may not even make the team. But physically, he's a specimen.
