If we were not signing Jones, I think we should have kept Mullens, he has been in offense for years, knows the system and would be just as good as any of the retreads we can possibly bring in.

Mac Jones and Jamies are odd ducks, don't see their personalities being a fit with KOC or the QB room. Wentz has rumors of an ego and being aloof to teammates and Rodgers is a freakin' weirdo now. Don't think I'd want any of them near JJ as mentors.
Minshew is a character, but he seems to care about football. Might be the best option and he has experience as a starter. I don't know at this point...

If Mariota is available (I can't tell if he's a FA or still signed by Washington), that's the guy. He's a great team guy, loved by his teammates and would be good for JJ.

I know its just QB2, but with a rook QB? They gotta get this right.
