Yeah his play style when he was impactful was very violent which meant he was wrecking his body to succeed. I doubt if he ever gets back to that form.

As we've seen time and again when a surprise team breaks through, the following year usually is challenging and a bit humbling. That's where I see Washington this upcoming season, taking a step back. The media has handcuffed themselves to the Jayden Daniels bandwagon so the hype is strong, and I like the kid very much as well, but it'll be a tougher road this season. Zero doubt they've found their franchise QB, but still some bumps in the road methinks.

My $ is on the Vikings and Commodes both taking a step back in the win column. Both "should" be playoff teams...How they get there will probably look differently as you allude to.
Teams will try different ways to stop Daniels and lord knows how the Vikings offense will unfold this year.

14 wins is a ridiculous bar. I think it's very possible the Vikings have a worse record with a better team. Could be a lot like a couple years ago where the 8-win '23 team was better than the 13-win '22 team.
