I was stunned to hear recently that in Minnesota (and the US) the avg age of the first time home-buyer is 40 years old...

How sad is that?

Its an affordability issue that is absolutely tied at the hip to inventory and rates.

Yep, something has to break the logjams.  I do think the economy is set to zoom, but housing inventory needs to go up.
