Couple weeks ago someone commented that only fans care about comp picks and teams don't really give a shit. This is obviously not true. When you can get Deebo Samuel for a 5th rounder, 3rd and 4th round comp picks are gold, especially now that you can trade them.
You can see how important they are to teams just through the Vikings behavior the last couple months-- from activating Daniel Jones in week 18 making him comp eligible...to valuing comp-immune players like Allen and Hargrave over others...to (potentially) waiting to sign a backup QB until it no longer impacts the comp formula.

Locker room toxicity may be the lesser of two evils . Robinson and Ingram will turn the field into an EPA super fund site, unless of course doge steps in.
