Full Version: So they're moving Brandel to LT and Risner to RG starting?

Or is this just a rumor? I'm playing catch up this morning on my football news, not sure what is real and what is horseshit.
Hard to say. This tweet comes across like they've heard something from the team, but I think it's just Coller spitballing on what "sounds to be the most clear" to him. BUT... KOC did say something about putting the best 5 guys out there so that might argue for this over simply replacing CD with DQ.

I struggle with best 5 out there vs moving more than one player out of position. I liked Brandel right at OG.

That is definitely the counter-argument. If getting the 5 best guys on the field means weakening two positions instead of one, you're kinda taking one step forward and two steps back.

I'd probably just put Q in there and see how he does before doing the big shift. Plus I was hoping we could upgrade Ingram with Risner. But then Ingram goes out and has one of his best days ever against the Rams.
The Only position he played in High School and College was Tackle.

He's a Tackle that has taught himself to play Guard.

Vikings coaches know his game and abilities, Brandel to LT is their best move.

My guess is BB to LT gonna happen.
Got it, so it appears to be more conjecture than a fact. I swear, the way some of these online aggregators (Purple Persuasion) present content they forward from other sources with their added 'take', the more you don't immediately know what's true and isn't.

Don't get me started on online media. Something as simple and benign as the weather is now clickbait. There was a headline on Google News about a week ago that read "Snow Coming Soon to Denver. What to Expect." So I click on it. Says nothing about snow coming soon. I go to Weather.com and check the 10 day forecast. Sunny and 70 for 10 straight days.

Technically, they weren't lying. Yes, eventually snow will come to Denver. The "soonness" of that is open to interpretation.

Lol, we'd be better off with George Carlin telling tonight's forecast is dark.

Sports overhype is beyond crazy. I keep reading how great Daniels did yesterday when he had his worst game as a pro, albeit he did have a rib injury.

Yup, Caleb vs Daniels was as interesting as watching paint dry, painful. Till the very last play.
